A Taste of Naples
These are cooked to the traditions of authentic Neapolitan Pizzas. Using Imported Agri Genus San Marzano Tomatoes D.O.P certified, Mozzarella di Bufala (Buffalo Mozzarella), Fior Di Latte ( Mozzarella made using Cow's milk).
Marinara - Tomato, Garlic, Fresh Basil, Cherry Tomato, Oregano and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Margherita Extra - Tomato, Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, Oregano
Diavola - Tomato, Spicy Italian Sausage, Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, Chilli Flakes, Chilli Oil
Amore - Pesto, Mozzarella di Bufala, Cherry Tomato, Fresh Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We source fresh ingredients and prepare the pizza before your eyes using our Bushman Wood Fired Oven.
Our doughballs result in an authentic thin, crispy base with slightly charcoaled edges.
Our Italian Tomatoes are carefully selected for their taste and quality and are sweet, juicy and a perfect base for the toppings.
We use 2 types of cheese. For our "Taste of Naples" pizzas we use Buffalo Mozzarella imported from Italy and for our "Classic" pizza we use a cheese combination of 80% Mozzarella and 20% Cheddar to give a total balance of taste and melted cheese "stretch".
We use use Extra Virgin Olive oil and a variety of fresh herbs including Basil.
Freshly prepared then cooked in the traditional way in a wood fired oven at a temperature of 400 - 500 Celcius baked between 60-90 seconds cooked on a stone base. Producing a thin, crispy, sizzling hot pizza just waiting to be devoured.
